Filling and packing Line: Semi-automatic and Fully Automatic filling and packing lines.
Semi-automatic line:
- Bottle will be fed by hand.

Fully-automatic line:
- Bottles will be feed online by the blowing machine through the air conveyor.
- Rinsing, filling, and capping by machine
- Gumming and labelling by auto-labelling machine (BOPP)
- Fully programmed counting and packing by machine.
Club Soda and Carbonated Soft drinks plant
This value-added product has attracted the beverages sector of clients in Kerala, and it has a great demand in the market.

VAS (Value Added Services)
The plants are built in compliance with the standard of raw water and we have all the essential facilities to produce the finished product to align with the BIS guidelines. For project design, supply, erection, and commissioning, we execute turnkey projects. These include:
a) Lab Equipment: Total Lab equipment like glassware, required equipment, and chemicals as per Indian standards.
b) Building Layout: As per discussion with the clients' requirements, the building plan and layout are designed owing to BIS standards.
c) Paper works: Complete paperwork is provided till the building is ready for handover.
d) Loan arrangements in India and aboard.
e) Design and Manufacturing the production machinery as per clients' requirements.
f) Products training – juice and carbonate drink mixing, proportionate of flavour taste and colour, etc.
g) Mechanical support - Service Assistance and AMC.
h) Supply of required raw materials like performs, bottles, caps, labels, flavours, pulp juice, etc. from nearby locals.
i) Market support – as per agreement based.
