System/ Plant will consist of the following sections:
- Fresh fruit is collected at the reception area and carried on to the fruit washing and grading section.
- Fruits from reception are then washed in the washing section to remove exterior soil and foreign matter from the surface of the fruit.
- Washed Fruits are fed to the inspection cum sorting conveyer belt where unwanted, damaged Fruits are separated individually.

- Washed & graded Fruits are moved to the fruit juice extraction and processing machine.
- The juice is derived from fresh fruit in the juice extraction method.
- The outer skin, seed, and fruit fibre are removed from the extraction machine and manually disposed of.
- The extracted juice is moved to the heat treatment to prevent deterioration of the quality.
- Again, it's finely pulped in a Pulper cum finisher to get the polished pulp.
- This pulp is going to be further refined by Pulp Pasteuriser
- The pasteurized pulp is moved to the holding tank of the pulp.

- Capacity ranges from 3tons per day to 50tons per day.
- Fruit juice, Jelly, can be supplied.

- Pneumatic press forms with nitrogen protection to manufacturing high-quality juice that prevents oxidation.
- The pasteurizing process will preserve the colour and fragrance of the original fruit.
- Through enzymolysis and ultrafiltration for the manufacture of clarified juice products.
